Belly Fat Workout Plans and Routines

Are you ready to get fit, get toned using belly fat workout plans and routines?

The following belly fat workout plans have been designed as home workouts and require no special equipment. The belly fat workouts will include 5 main areas of exercise:

•    Warm up
•    Cardio
•    Belly / Ab workout
•    Booty workout
•    Light stretch

Each belly fat workout plan is 30 to 35 minutes in duration and meant for the beginner to intermediate activity level. If you’re new to exercise or haven’t worked out in a while, start with the beginner workout video. It’s challenging but it won’t kill you! The intermediate video is slightly more challenging and requires a bit more intensity on your part.

However, each is doable for most beginners and intermediates. I suggest progressing at your own pace. If you find the workout is too fast paced or the rest times too short, simply pause the workout and rest up a bit more. If you find your muscles cramping up, please stop and lightly stretch the cramped muscle until it goes away. I want you to stop the workout (no more exercises) if any of your muscle groups cramp up and have one of my awesome electrolyte replenishing drinks at:
