How To Get Rid of Flabby Arms Routine #1

Do you have problems with soft and saggy arms? Don't worry, you are not alone. Today, I am going to give you a routine that you can use, at home, to tone and tighten those flabby arms.

This is a pretty short routine and perfect for those of you who are new to home workouts. It's only 4 exercises but it is all you need to start toning your saggy arms. Here's what I want you to do. There are 4 exercises below. Perform each exercise, one after the other, resting 20 to 30 seconds between each set. Perform 8 repetitions for each exercise and do 3 sets, every second day. Be consistent and try this arm tightening home workout routine every second day for best results.

There 4 arm toning exercises are:

Arm Exercise 1: Single arm front extensions to double arm extensions

Perform 8 repetitions x 3 sets

Arm Exercise 2: Single arm extensions to double arm extensions

Perform 8 repetitions x 3 sets

Arm Exercise 3: Single arm press to double arm press

Perform 8 repetitions x 3 sets

Arm Exercise 4: Single arm pullovers to double arm pullovers

Perform 8 repetitions x 3 sets

Recommended weight usage: Women use between 2.5 and 5 pound dumbbells. Men use between 5 and 8 pound dumbbells. These dumbbell recommendations are for beginners. If you've been working out for awhile, you may need to use heavier dumbbells. I suggest starting with these dumbbell weight recommendations for the first week to gauge your strength levels. As your arms start get stronger, you will need to use heavier dumbbells to keep tightening your arm muscles and get rid of arm flab.

How long until you see results? Two weeks for your arms to get stronger. Four weeks to feel your arms tighten and firm up. 6 to 8 weeks to notice the results in the mirror. This all depends on how well you follow a meal plan designed for weight loss and light cardio exercise (see below).
