Belly Fat Burning and Booty Builder Workout Routine

The following belly fat burning and booty workout is a great program for those of you who are looking to tone your belly and build your booty.  It’s a great workout but I have to warn you, it is a little challenging routine! Don’t let that scare you…I think most folks can finish the workout.

The belly fat burning and booty builder workout is about 15 minutes in length. The great thing about the workout is that you can perform it in the comfort of your own home. You will need a pair of dumbbell since the workout uses some dumbbells for a few of the exercises. You can generally pick up a pair of cheap dumbbells at Walmart or second hand store. You don’t need much, perhaps 8 to 10 pounds for ladies and 15 to 20 pounds for the guys.

Your belly fat burning and booty builder workout consists of the following:

Warm up:

·         High knees


Lying groin stretch

Here are the exercises you will be performing for the belly fat workout 2

Booty Builder Workout:

Exercise 1: Wide stance goblet squats

Exercise 2: Hip thrusts

Exercise 3: Single leg hip thrusts

Hamstring stretch

Exercise 4: Frog kicks

Hamstring stretch

Exercise 5: Single leg kickbacks

Exercise 6: Stiff leg dumbbell deadlifts

Lying groin stretch

Ab workout:

Exercise 1: Floor V ups

Exercise 2: Bicycle crunches

Exercise 3: Scissor kicks

Exercise 4: Knee ups

Exercise 5: Dead bugs

Exercise 6: Ab crunch

Exercise 7: Ab plank

Cool down:

·         High knees

Some important points:

- Perform 2 to 3 times per week

- Rest at least 1 day in between workouts

- Rest between 15 and 20 seconds after each exercise

If you feel any cramps, please stop the workout, stretch and have one of the following electrolyte drinks (choose one).

Remember, drink one glass of water prior to your workout and another during your workout. If you can, have one more glass of water after your workout. I will be posting more challenging workouts in the coming weeks so keep on checking back.
