oday, I am going to show you one of the best, if not the best type of exercise for flabby under arms. You don't need any fancy equipment and best of all you can do this exercise at home. All you need is a pair of dumbbells and you are set to go.

What I am going to show you today is how to use the best movement to produce the best arm toning results.

First, let me explain that the best exercise for flabby under arms is an exercise that works with the natural movement of the under arms. Without a doubt, the best type of exercise for toning and strengthening the under arms is an extension type movement.

An extension type movement hinges at the elbow and uses the under arm muscles (called "triceps") to extend your arm forward in an arching motion. The best exercise for flabby under arms will ALWAYS use the under arm muscles to extend your arms forward.

Here is an example of an extension type movement.

Start with your arms extended fully above your chest

Next, while keeping your arms straight, bend at the elbow and extend your hands to the sides of your head.

Pause for a moment and using the muscles of your under arms, extend your hands back to the start position.

This is an example of an extension type of movement that will maximize your under arm muscle activation. If you do this enough times, in a consistent manner using resistance, you can expect great under arm toning results.

Even Better Exercise for Flabby Under Arms

Here is an example of the cross body extension movement.

Start with your arms fully extended above your chest.

Using your right arm, bend at the elbow and extend your hand towards your left shoulder. Pause and keep your hand there for a moment.

Using your under arm muscles, extend your hand back to the start position.

Using your left arm, bend at the elbow and extend your hand towards your right shoulder. Pause and keep your hand there for a moment.

Using the muscles of your under arm, extend your hand back to the start position.

How much weight should you use? 

Ladies:  5 to 8 pound dumbbells
Men: 10 to 15 pound dumbbells

The Secret Sauce

Using this exercise, you will firm and tighten up your under arms HOWEVER....

There is a layer of fat covering your under arm muscle. This fat is what is responsible for your flabby arms. The only way to get rid of this is to dial in your diet and add daily, cardio activity. This doesn't have to be anything fancy or intense, it just needs to be consistent. For your daily cardio activity, simply walk a half hour every morning (or either at lunch or after dinner).
