1 box Special K Protein Bar (Chocolate Chunks and Pecan)

2 whole wheat dinner roll
1 small package whole wheat flour


1 package bacon, sodium reduced
2 packs of 4 chicken thighs (take the skin off)
1 pack of 4 pork chops
1 package deli style chicken breast
1 package of 2 chicken breasts
1 package extra lean hamburger
2 packages of 2 sirloin steak (cut into chunks)
2 cans flaked white tuna (Flavour Leaf - in water)


4 tomatoes
1 family sized bag Thai Style Stir Fry (Artic Gardens, Frozen)
3 onions
1 family sized bag frozen broccoli florets
3 green peppers
1 bag Romaine lettuce
8 cherry tomatoes
3 cucumbers
1 bushel carrots
1 bag baby spinach
1 bunch celery
1 bunch asparagus

Fruits and Nuts

8 lemons
4 orange
1 package walnuts, unroasted, no shell and unsalted
