Easy 1200 Calorie Meal Plan Grocery List

The following meal plan is meant for the easy 1,200 calorie meal plan. Print off this grocery list and do your grocery shopping at your local grocery store or Walmart. You can find most of the ingredients on this grocery list at your local grocery store.

Breads and Grains

1 bag whole wheat English muffin
1 bag whole wheat bread (Dempseys)
1 small bag whole wheat pitas
1 box bowtie pasta
1 box chia granola bar, dark chocolate, almond sea salt (Kashi)
1 bag whole grain brown rice (Uncle Bens)
1 bag rice cake (Lundberg, brown rice gluten free)


2 packages deli style turkey breast (Maple Leaf)
2 packages sirloin steaks
1 package deli style ham, thin slice (Great Value)
3 packages of 3 chicken breast


2 green peppers
2 red pepper
1 bag garden salad
2 packages white mushrooms
1 bushel celery
1 bag mixed vegetables (Green Giant)
1 small bushel green onions
2 cucumber
2 tomatoes
1 bushel Romaine lettuce
2 bushels asparagus
1 bag carrots

Fruits and nuts

9 lemons
1 bag apples
1 carton blueberries
1 container pumpkin seeds (no shell, no salt)
1 carton strawberries
3 avocado
1 bag grapes, red seedless
4 plums
1 container sliced pineapple

Dairy (includes eggs)

1 carton eggs (white, large)
1 package string cheese snack (mozzarella)
1 medium brick low fat (light) marble cheese
1 - 750 ml container plain Greek yogurt (0%)
1 - 750 ml container yogurt (Skyr Icelandic)

Spreads, soups, spices and juices

1 package cayenne pepper
1 jar peanut butter (Kraft, smooth)
1 bottle Italian salad dressing
1 container veggie dip (Marzetti ranch)
1 bottle Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
1 bottle salt substitute (no salt brand or herbamare by vogel)
1 bottle pepper
1 bottle parsley
1 bottle dill
1 bottle chives
1 bottle basil
1 bottle sherry vinegar
1 jar mayonnaise (Hellmans) reduced fat
1 container hummus (Chickpea)
1 bottle Cesar dressing
1 jar preggo original pasta sauce
1 package onion powder
1 bag skinny popcorn
1 bottle olive oil (extra virgin)
1 bottle low sodium soy sauce (Kikkoman)
1 bag peppercorns
1 package sage
1 package Rosemary
1 package thyme
1 container almond milk, unsweetened
1 small can pineapple juice
1 bottle carbonated water (Perrier)
