Antioxidant Blueberry Protein Smoothie

I absolutely love this antioxidant blueberry protein smoothie! It's super high in protein, low in carbs and tastes AWESOME! It's super easy to make and doesn't require a lot of ingredients. This antioxidant blueberry protein smoothie can be used as a snack or a meal replacement. Enjoy!


·         1/2 cup (125ml) coconut water

·         1/2 cup (125ml) almond milk, unsweetened (or cashew milk)

·         1 scoop vanilla whey protein

·         1/2 cup (50g) frozen blueberries (or fresh)

·         1 tsp ground cinnamon

·         1 tsp chia seeds (of flax seed meal)

Cooking Instructions

·         Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and serve.
